About Chelsi

I am a thirty-three-year-old single adopted Mother of one beautiful daughter. I never imaged that the Lord would call me to such a calling like this.

I am living with Dystonia, which is a movement disorder characterized by involuntary muscle contractions that cause repetitive or twisting movements. Through my journey I hope that you come to realize that Jesus has been with me every step of the way. 

I didn't give my life to Christ until I was a Freshman in High school. I was broken and in need of a Savior. When I learned that Jesus loved me where I was, and that he could help put all my broken pieces back together, it was a game changer for me. I am thankful for Dennis and Melinda Thompson, who led me to Christ by their own actions. Without them, I am unsure that I would be saved today and loving the Lord the way I do. 

Since, I was blessed with a mentor, Lynn Burrell, that never stopped loving me. She loves Jesus so deeply, and I wanted my life to mirror that as well! Lynn has shown me grace time and time again. 

I have the best of friends and have a church that my daughter and I call home.
