Friendship

I am so thankful for friends that go through the good and the bad with us. That point me right back to Christ. 

I walked in alone, and can we talk about how much courage that takes? To walk in knowing that you are walking into a brand-new church yet again, alone. I remember sitting in the middle-left row, where Kirsten came up to me and said "Hi, my name is Kirsten! You want to be in our small group that we have?" Since then, I have not once ever had to sit alone, and I know whatever I am facing that I am not going to be alone. 

To these sweet friends: Thank you for always loving not just me but my 18 foster children. My daughter and stepping up to be a village and help me with her.
